Since I worked from home today, I needed a place to go while my house was getting cleaned. Luckily, Lisa was up for a visit. While we were discussing boring adult topics, darling little Mirah was trying to get her mom to play with her. When none of her pleas were gaining support from Lisa, Mirah yelled "PLAY WITH ME". This is exactly how I feel somedays. Why can't we all communicate our needs as clearly as three year-olds. Lisa, being the fantastic mom that she is, held Mirah as she let out all of her frustration through tears. Mirah was calmed and ready to rock the play-doh as pictured here. An impromptu visit with great friends led to a reminder that sometimes we just need to say what we want, and if we can't have it, we just need someone to hold us.
I attempted my first 365 photo project in 2011. I made it to Day 246.
