When I booked my flight to DC from Minneapolis on Thursday, August 18 at 7:00 PM CT, I assumed I would be in DC and with my sister by 10:30 PM ET. In reality, I was finally in DC and in her apartment on Friday, August 19 at 11:00 AM ET.
