I took more than 600 beautiful photos of our vacation in Florida (uploaded 203 of them) and of course on the last day of vacation, a travel day, I only took four photos, all of which were at a tourist trap on Islamorada Key called The Rain Barrel Village of Artists. So, I am left with no choice but to use this as my photo of the day!
This giant crab caught our eye on the way down but no one was in the mood to stop. Since we had plenty of time to get to the Miami airport, we decided to stop and snap a couple photos. In hindsight, I wish I had walked around the artist's village to see what it had to offer. As it was, we kept going north and Howard and Mary dropped us off about 3 hours before our flight because somehow the time zones didn't get changed when I set the alerts. It was an emotional goodbye and we hope to see Howard and Mary in Minnesota soon!
I attempted my first 365 photo project in 2011. I made it to Day 246.
